Tzatziki Recipe

Fresh Tzatziki
A creamy, tangy Greek yogurt-based sauce perfect for the Greek Souvlaki Lamb Wrap.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (full fat for best texture)
- ½ cucumber, grated and drained
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped (or mint)
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Method:
- Grate the cucumber, place in a clean cloth or paper towel, and squeeze out excess liquid.
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
