Tzatziki Recipe

Fresh Tzatziki

A creamy, tangy Greek yogurt-based sauce perfect for the Greek Souvlaki Lamb Wrap.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (full fat for best texture)
  • ½ cucumber, grated and drained
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped (or mint)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Method:

  1. Grate the cucumber, place in a clean cloth or paper towel, and squeeze out excess liquid.
  2. In a bowl, combine yogurt, cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
