Breakfast Burrito with Wheat Free Wraps

To get started, we’ve got a creative breakfast burrito recipe that’s sure to brighten your morning.

Breakfast Burrito Recipe:

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 Grounded Wholefoods wheat-free wrap
  • 2 large eggs, whisked
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • ¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • A handful of baby spinach leaves
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 1-2 tbsp salsa or hot sauce (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Prepare your wrap smooth side up.
  2. Heat a small pan over medium heat and melt the butter or heat the olive oil.
  3. Whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper, then pour into the pan. Stir gently to scramble.
  4. Layer the scrambled eggs, cheese, avocado, tomato, spinach, and salsa on the wrap.
  5. Roll it up tightly, toast in a sandwich press, slice in half, and enjoy.
