Souvlaki Wrap Recipe

If you love a good souvlaki but want a healthier, wheat-free option, our Celery and Cumin wraps are the perfect match! They’re soft, flexible, and packed with flavor, making them the ultimate base for this Greek-inspired meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 Grounded Wholefoods Celery & Cumin Wrap
- 150g perfectly cooked souvlaki lamb (Find our recipe HERE)
- ¼ cup tzatziki sauce (Find our recipe HERE)
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cucumber, sliced
- ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup shredded lettuce
- Fresh parsley or mint for garnish
- Lemon wedges for serving
Method:

Prepare the Wrap: Place wrap on a board smooth side up.

Assemble the Wrap: Spread a generous layer of tzatziki sauce over the wrap, then add the juicy lamb, red onion, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and lettuce.

Wrap it Up: Fold the bottom of the wrap up, then roll it tightly from one side to the other. Wrap in baking paper and toast lightly in sandwich press or dry pan for a few minutes.

Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle fresh parsley or mint on top and serve with a lemon wedge for an extra burst of flavor.
