Grilled Chicken & Avo Wrap Recipe

Speaking of versatility, let’s talk lunch. Here’s a fresh, delicious idea:

Chicken & Avocado Lunch Wrap:

Ingredients:

  • 1 Grounded Wholefoods wheat-free wrap
  • 1 small grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • ½ ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1 cup mixed greens (baby spinach, rocket and lettuce)
  • 1 tbsp Tzatziki Dip (Find the Recipe for our easy Tzatziki HERE)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Prepare your wrap smooth side up.
  2. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over your wrap.
  3. Layer the grilled chicken slices and mixed greens.
  4. Drizzle with Tzatziki and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Roll it up tightly, slice in half, and enjoy a fresh, healthy, delicious lunch.
